Planning
Decide where the leaflets go
Map-based area planning
Search any UK postcode or place name, then draw your delivery boundary directly on the map. Zoom, pan and edit the shape until it matches the round you have in mind.
Property estimates
Each area returns an estimated residential property count from open mapping data, so you can size a print run before you commit to it.
Confirmed counts
Override any estimate with a confirmed figure once someone has walked it. Both numbers are kept, along with where each came from and when.
Reusable areas
Save an area once and re-run it next quarter without redrawing anything.

Routes within a campaign
Split a campaign into as many named routes as you need, each with its own boundary, expected properties and leaflet quantity.
Offer and accept
Offer a route to a distributor. They see the map, the quantity, the pay, the deadline and any special terms, then accept or decline. A declined route returns to your queue automatically.
Configurable offer expiry
Set how long an offer stays open — 24 hours, 48, 72, a week, or no expiry at all — with reminders before it lapses.
Availability calendar
Distributors are unavailable by default and tap the dates they can work. You see who is free before allocating, and get warned about clashes.
Delivery
Know the work was actually done
GPS route tracking
A distributor presses Start and their route is recorded: the path walked, distance covered, duration and any pauses.
Works with a poor signal
Location points queue on the device and upload when the connection returns. A dead spot does not lose the trail.
Tracking only while working
Location is captured between Start and Finish on an accepted route, and at no other time.
Quality flags
Impossible speeds, large jumps, unusually fast completions and tracking outside the assigned area are flagged for you to review — as prompts, never as accusations.
Completion record
The distributor records leaflets delivered, anything left over and any problems encountered.
Money
Contracts, invoices and what it cost
Master agreements
Publish a distributor agreement and record who accepted which version, and when. Update the wording and previous versions stay intact.
Reusable terms templates
Standard, rural, hilly, village, premium, urgent — build the terms once and apply them to a route in a click.
Invoices raised in the app
Distributors invoice from the work they completed, with the rate, quantity and any extras pre-filled. No emailed Word documents.
Approve, reject, pay
Review a submitted invoice, reject it with a reason, or mark it paid. Everyone keeps a copy of the PDF.

Enquiry tracking
Record enquiries against a campaign — from a tracking number, a QR code, a landing page or entered by hand — with the caller, postcode and outcome.
Jobs and revenue
Mark which enquiries became quotes and which became work, with the value attached.
Campaign ROI
Print cost, distribution cost and other costs against enquiries, jobs won and revenue: cost per enquiry, cost per job, revenue per thousand leaflets and return on spend.
Compare and repeat
Compare campaigns, areas, routes and distributors so next quarter targets the streets that paid.
